mystickies.com

I send around URL’s and emails about stuff I find on the web, but this one is a real standout.

Mystickies.com

Not just because it is free, but because it’s really simple (once you’ve set it up) to use.

Essentially, it allows you to place “sticky-notes” on any website, and then have all those notes “saved” on your “mysticky” dashboard.

Why is this cool?

It’s a crystal clear brief that anyone can (when you send them a screen shot) view to immediately understand what you require changing on any given website.

An example would be for internal agency requests, whereby Account Service could use this to make notes for development team to follow.

Or another example is with a Client, whereby the Client can make notes, and send them to the digital agency for execution. (alternatively,  agency can send to client for clarifications before implementation).

Hope you find it as cool and relevant as I do!

Cheers
