Two examples of some QTOM I’ve seen recently:

ONE: Entrepreneurial Law Firm & Beijing Olympic Scam

A law firm in the US has purchased the domain name beijingticketscam.com and has gone on the offensive to track down the scammers from the various Beijing Olympic Ticket websites.

This is a great example of a quick thinking organisation that leverages the digital environment to generate real business opportunity off the back of a major breaking story.

Kudos to them, I hope they get millions in revenue and are able to bring the fraudsters to justice.

TWO: Dare Iced Coffee & Starbucks

When Starbucks announced 61 stores were closing across Australia, Dare (A Dairy Farmers Brand) went to press the following weekend with this ad:
